Sometimes students cannot manage their academic situation and need proper guidance to deal with their hurdles. I was completely blank when I was preparing for my online exam, and had a doctor's appointment scheduled on the same date. It was impossible to cancel any of them, so I had to pay someone to take my online exam for me to save my course. And that quick decision was worth the hassle as I passed that exam smoothly, and the appointment went on time.
